Original WEICON Flex+bond® (item no. 10018364) – one-component adhesive and sealant based on MS polymer, moisture-curing, permanently elastic. 85 ml mini sachet, clear.
Exactly the adhesive/sealant used in our birdhouse mesh repeater build guide: for sealing antenna and cable feed-throughs and for bonding components – for example the solar panels to the 3D-printed enclosure. UV-stable, it remains permanently elastic and thereby compensates for the different thermal expansion of bonded parts. One sachet is enough for several enclosures; according to the manufacturer, an opened sachet remains usable for approx. 3–4 weeks.

Application
- skin formation time (clear): approx. 10 minutes – join parts within this time
- curing: 2–3 mm within the first 24 hours
- application temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C at 30–95 % relative humidity
- gap bridging up to 5 mm, max. sealing joint width 25 mm
- surfaces must be clean and free of grease; light sanding improves adhesion on 3D-printed parts
