Shipping policy
Delivery destinations: We deliver within Germany, to all member states of the European Union, and to Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The destinations available for your order will be shown at checkout.
Shipping costs: For physical goods, shipping costs are charged per order, not per item. The flat shipping rates listed below apply to Germany, the other EU member states and Norway, regardless of order value. For all other delivery destinations, shipping costs depend on the total shipping weight. Adding more items may therefore move your order into a higher weight band. The shipping costs applicable to your order will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Weight-based shipping rates
The following rates apply per order based on the total shipping weight, including packaging. Weight bands are stated in grams; both the lower and upper limits are inclusive.

For the destinations listed in this weight-based rate table, shipping through our online store is available up to a total shipping weight of 5,000 g. No shipping rate will be offered at checkout above this limit. These weight bands do not apply to Germany, the other EU member states or Norway; the flat rates listed above apply to those destinations.
Shipping method: Orders are shipped via DHL Paket within Germany and DHL Paket International to all other delivery destinations, with insurance and tracking included in both cases. You will receive your tracking number by email after your parcel has been handed over to DHL.
Delivery time: The delivery times stated in the table apply. The delivery period starts on the day after the contract is concluded. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs clearance in the destination country may extend the delivery time; this additional time is beyond our control. For items made to order (marked accordingly, e.g. “Printed to order”), the production time stated on the product page is added to the delivery time.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU (excluding the United States) – customs duties and import charges: For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, we do not show German VAT; the prices displayed are net prices. Importing goods into the destination country may incur customs duties, import VAT and handling fees that are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. These charges are collected directly from the recipient by the authorities in the destination country or by the carrier and must be paid by the recipient. The amount and collection of these charges are governed by the regulations of the destination country; we have no influence over them and cannot specify them in advance. Please contact your local customs authority for information before placing your order.
Deliveries to the United States – import charges included in the price (Delivered Duty Paid): For deliveries to the United States, we pay the US import charges (customs duties and clearance fees) in advance. The prices displayed for US delivery addresses already include these charges; German VAT is not shown. No further payments to customs or the carrier are due upon delivery. Orders are shipped via DHL Paket International using the “Postal Delivered Duty Paid” (PDDP) service.
Refusal of delivery: If the recipient refuses to accept a shipment, you are responsible for the return shipping costs we incur as a result, unless you have validly exercised your statutory right of withdrawal.
Collection in person: Unfortunately, collection in person is not available for logistical reasons.
