Shipping Policy
Delivery area: We ship within Germany, to all member states of the European Union, and to Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The destinations available for your order are shown during checkout.
Shipping costs (per order, regardless of the number of items ordered). For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are graded by parcel weight; the amount applicable to your order is shown before you complete the order:

Free shipping within Germany: From an order value of €75.00 (after any discounts), shipping within Germany is free of charge automatically.
Shipping method: Shipping is handled by DHL Paket (Germany) or DHL Paket International (all other destinations), insured and with tracking in each case. You will receive the tracking number by email once the parcel has been handed over to DHL.
Delivery time: The delivery times stated in the table apply. The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs clearance in the destination country may extend the delivery time; this is outside our control. For items made to order (marked accordingly, e.g. "Printed to order"), the delivery time is extended by the production time stated with the item.
Deliveries outside the EU (except the USA) – customs duties and import taxes: For deliveries to countries outside the European Union we do not charge German VAT; the prices shown are net prices. On import into the destination country, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price or in the shipping cost. They are levied by the authorities of the destination country or by the carrier directly from the recipient and are payable by the recipient. Their amount and collection are governed by the rules of the destination country; we have no influence over them and cannot state them in advance. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Deliveries to the USA – import duties included (Delivered Duty Paid): For deliveries to the USA we pay the US import charges (customs duties and clearance fees) in advance. Prices shown for US delivery addresses already include these charges; no German VAT is charged. No further payments to customs or the carrier are due on delivery. Shipping is via DHL Paket International under the "Postal Delivered Duty Paid" (PDDP) procedure.
Refused delivery: If a shipment is refused by the recipient, you bear the return shipping costs we incur as a result, unless you validly exercise your right of withdrawal.
Collection in person: Collection in person is unfortunately not possible for logistical reasons.
