Description

Solar connector board for connecting up to three solar panels in parallel. The board combines up to three identical panels and feeds them through a common output to the solar input of the Inhero MR-2. This multiplies the yield at sites with little light or short sun windows without changing the system voltage – in a parallel connection the currents add up while the voltage stays the same.

⚠ Important notes

• Only connect identical panels in parallel. Panels with different open-circuit voltages or power ratings cause the stronger panel to feed into the weaker one, reducing the overall yield.
• The MR-2 has no hardware reverse-polarity protection on the solar input. Check polarity before connecting for the first time.
• Connection cables are not included: each panel requires a solar connection cable, and the link to the MR-2 requires the JST-PH 2.0 female/female adapter cable.
